The quality of the products is impressive and looks like genuine leather. I put my stuff in the bag and it has a perfect balance, while the hardware is solid metal. I received my bag very quickly and Tracy even sent me pictures of the bag before shipping which made me feel satisfied and assured.

Because i bought this bags for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I don’t have any pictures because i gave it to my daughter-in-law. She absolutely loves the bags. Obsessed!! The bag is exactly as stated and the quality is great. Came in a dust bag, and had extra packaging round the strap for protection. No funny smells and the bag is super sturdy much better quality than I was expecting! Shipping to US was quick, item was wrapped well so no damage and I cannot fault anything about this item.
